Backcountry Wildlife Monitoring Ltd. is committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes the personal information that we collect from or about you, and how we use it and to whom we disclose that information. All responses and information you provide to us will be kept confidential. If you are not selected for a position with the company, all of the information you have submitted to us will be deleted, if in electronic format, or shredded if a paper copy exists. Deletion or destruction of your information occurs within 3 business days of our decision to not proceed with your application.

Suitable applicants are kept on file for up to 3 months at which time the above mentioned policy is followed. We will comply with a request from an applicant to delete or destroy all of their personal information within 3 business days. Any interpretation associated with this Privacy Policy will be made by the Privacy Officer. This Privacy Policy includes examples but is not intended to be restricted in its application to such examples, therefore where the word ‘including’ is used, it shall mean ‘including without limitation.
